3. How to Request a Refund

  1. Log in at MagicWinClub.in using your registered credentials.
  2. Navigate to “Support” and choose “Refund Request.”
  3. Complete the form with order ID, purchase date, and a brief description of the issue.
  4. Submit supporting documents (payment receipt or transaction screenshot).

4. Processing Time

  • Acknowledgment: within 24 hours of request submission.
  • Review: up to 3 business days by our billing team.
  • Resolution: approval or rejection notification via email.

5. Refund Methods

Approved refunds are issued via the original payment method:

  • UPI/NetBanking: credited to your bank account within 5–7 business days.
  • Credit/Debit Card: refunded to your card by your issuer’s standard cycle.
  • Wallet/Credits: returned as MagicWinClub credits with no expiry.

6. Exceptions

No refunds will be issued for:

  • Change of mind after gameplay has begun.
  • Partial use of credits or subscription.
  • Promotional or bonus credits.
